Description
No1 Wet Floor Insulating Screed is a light screed modified by open-cell porous natural aggregates and minerals available in nature and chemical polymers, especially designed for use on the roofs and between the floors of the buildings.
• It provides thermal and acoustic insulation inside the building and between the floors with a single product.
• No thermal bridges thanks to its massive structure.
• Acts as fire barrier.
• Prevents condensation (perspiration-mold-moisture).
• It does not require protection screed and reduces load of the building.
• It creates silent spaces between the floors when used at the hotels, hospitals, schools, apartments, business centers and office buildings.
Application Conditions
Ambient Temperature: +5°C through +30°C.
Avoid of application under the conditions of strong wind or direct sunlight.
Never apply on surfaces frozen, melting or likely to be exposed to frost hazard in 24 hours.

Surface Preparation
Make sure that the bearing capacity and soundness of the floor and the surfaces is sound, clean and dry.
You should remove all foreign materials on the surface such as dust, grease and dirt that may adversely affect adhesion..
Application
• Add avarage 7 - 8.5 liter clean water to one 15-kg bag of No1 Wet Space Insulating Screeds.
• Mix by help of a trowel or slow-speed hand mixer to get a homogenous consistency.
• Allow the mortar a restin time of 10 minutes prior to applicaiton and then mix it for a short time again.

Recommendations
• Never apply when it is excessively hot or below +5oC.
• Never apply to the hot surfaces.
• Wear mask and gloves during application.
• In case of contact with skin and body, wash plenty of water

- Trowel and screed application pump.
Shelf Life
- 1 year from the manufacturing date in a moisture-free and dry environment. Container should be tightly closed when it is not used.
