External Wall
Description
It is used for insulation on surfaces outdoor such as pumice block, briquette, gas concrete, gross concrete, brick wall and ceiling.
- Has convenient viscosity for mechanical application
- As an single product provides an opportunity for insulation of heat, sound and fire.
- Allows heat, sound and fire insulation by a single product. Contributes to the budget for heating and cooling costs.
- No heat bridges thanks to its massive structure
- As no plugging is required, it prevents loss of resistance arising from drilling the surface.
- Acts as fire barrier.
- Prevents condensation (perspiration-mold-moisture)
- Light-weighted, reducing the structural load.
- High level of water vapor permeability.
- High resistance against cracking.
- Safe and easy to apply to due its special additives.
- Supports to budget economy as a result of low consumption.
Application Conditions
Ambient Temperature: +5°C through +30°C.
Avoid of application under the conditions of strong wind or direct sunlight.
Never apply on surfaces frozen, melting or likely to be exposed to frost hazard in 24 hours.
While it cuts off perspiration through BREATHING on the application surface thanks to the open cellular natural structure of the mixture, it is a single-layer and multifunctional external wall insulating material in plaster form for HEAT-SOUND and FIRE insulation.
• It constitutes a durable ground with its high adhesion and resistance strength.
• It saves labor and time.
• Easy and quick to apply.

Surface Preparation
Surface should be completely appropriate for bearing load, smooth, clean and free of mould oils and roughness.
Surface should be definitely made damp prior to application to be water-saturated in very hot and windy weather conditions.
Wood-based and light-weighted heat insulating boards and gross surfaces should be covered by No.1 Gross Concrete Primer to prepare for application.
(Subsequent plaster applications should be performed after 24-72 hours depending on atmosphere conditions.)
Application
- Add clean water of about 13-15 l to No1 External Wall Insulation Plaster of 15 kg.
- The plaster should be mixed to get a homogenous consistency by using a trowel or low-speed hand mixer.
- Allow the mortar for 10 minutes prior to application.
- First coat of plaster is applied on the wall surface by machine or stainless steel trowel; and treated by a cartridge in order to provide a thickness of minimum 10mm through 20mm.
- Once the first coat is applied, the second coat may be applied in thickness of 10mm or 20mm as desired. (Waiting time for the second coat application is about 24 hours. The time may vary depending on air temperature, plaster thickness and relative humidity.)
- Time for proceeding to the top coat application is about 2-5 days. This waiting time may vary depending on air temperature, plaster thickness and relative humidity.
- Surface should be made smooth by use of floating rule.
- After application, the surface should be made damp for 2-3 days.

Recommendations
- No foreign material (lime, cement, gypsum, etc.) should be added to the prepared mortar.
- After application, the surface should be made damp for 2-3 days.
Application Tools
- Hand-mixer, trowel, steel trowel, plaster application machine, gauge trowel.c
Shelf Life
- 1 year from the manufacturing date in a moisture-free and dry environment. Container should be tightly closed when it is not used.
