Since then the No1 Products has entered permanently and successfully in the construction sector.
According to DIN 4108, λ = 0.064 W/mk is the value of the coefficient of thermal conductivity of No1 Insulation Plasters and Screeds; thus anywhere applied these products contribute greatly heating and cooling costs drop and allow the energy saving. No1 products have following qualities; A1 fire class (non-combustible) , anti bacterial, sound-proof, water repellency, as well as high water vapor permeability.
So far, more than 1 million square meters of dwelling and business centers in Turkey and North Cyprus applied No1 products, they preferred our products rather then EPS (polstyrene) .

Production
The insulation solutions of No1 are produced in the industrial area Salihli (Turkey). No1 combine the most advanced technology and well-trained employees, keeping always the quality assurance in the forefront at the production.
In this context, the relevant European production standards are adhered to and present the TS EN 998-1 certificate for all products No1.
As it is today, in the future, our company's focus will be the adequacy of the modern machine park and the qualification of employees.
Scoria as Raw Material
The main raw material of No1 products’ is Scoria. This mine is removed from the miness of Güven Madencilik AS in the region Manisa (Turkey) and is used in the production of 15 different products under the brand No1.
Scoria, a word of Greek origin, means slag and is a vesicular volcanic rock. Depending on the content in basalt or andesite elements, The color is usually dark brown, black or reddish purple. Scoria, unlike pumice, can not float in water due to its specific gravity which is greater than 1. But, it has very low relative mass by virtue of its macroscopic ellipsoidal bubbles.
Compared to pumice stone, the magma forming the Scoria mine has lower density. Its pores are bigger and its vesicular walls are thicker due to trapped gas in the liquid magma during rapid cooling.
Scoria offers a wide range of applications with its many useful features. This mine has a quite high pressure resistance; therefore, for a long time, it has been used in landscaping and drainage works, in the lava rock grill due to its heat storage feature and in icy and snowy roads due to its anti-slip feature.
