Masonry Mortar
Description
It is used for wall bonding indoor and outdoor by bricks consisting of pumice block, stone, brick, briquette, gas concrete and similar normal stones.

Application Conditions
Ambient Temperature: +5°C through +30°C.
Avoid of application under the conditions of strong wind or direct sunlight.
Never apply on surfaces frozen, melting or likely to be exposed to frost hazard in 24 hours.
Masonry Mortar is a cement-based mortar with a high impermeability modulus, reinforced by high quality granular pumice and a variety of environment-friendly chemical additives, produced as a masonry mortar for indoor and outdoor use.

Surface Preparation
Surface should be completely appropriate for bearing load, smooth, clean and free of mould oils and roughness.
The surface should be definitely made damp prior to application to be water-saturated in very hot and windy weather conditions.
Application
- Add clean water of 8.5 l in average to one 25-kg bag of No1 Masonry Mortar.
- Mix it to get a homogenous and lump-free consistency by help of trowel.
- Never add any other material.
- Consume the prepared mixture in 1 hour.
- Never reuse the expired mortar by adding water or dry mixture.

Recommendations
- Dry mortar bags should be protected against water, freezing and heavy elements.
- Any torn or opened bags should be immediately sealed and consumed at the earliest opportunity.

Shelf Life
- 1 year from the manufacturing date in a moisture-free and dry environment. Container should be tightly closed when it is not used.
